Season and group size move these numbers. If a card and the live booking page disagree, send both figures and we will recheck the listing.
• A description that no longer fits the product. Operators adjust their rides quietly: a cellar visit gets replaced, a picnic stop drops off the route, the meeting point moves to another village, or a loop between Serralunga d'Alba and Barolo changes length. How We Reply

Write to us and a real person answers, usually within a couple of days. The fastest turnaround is on small factual slips: a from-price quoted at the wrong level, a Cisterna d'Asti ride placed in the wrong category, a duration that no longer matches the listing. Those get checked against the live booking page and corrected quickly, since a reader might be weighing a four-hour ride against a six-hour one on the strength of a single number. Bigger questions need more thought. Whether a guided tasting tour in the Barolo hills suits a beginner better than a self-guided BikeSquare rental, for example, depends on fitness, dates and budget, so the answer takes longer to build. When one reply would serve many visitors, the answer becomes a guide page instead of a private message. Nothing else comes with it: no mailing list, no offers, and your email stays with us.

Our Limits

Booking is not something we do. No seat can be reserved here, no date moved, no refund pursued. Each of the twenty rides on this site belongs to its operator, from ravenalps on the mountain bike trails around Nizza Monferrato to Due Ruote nel Vento leading groups through Turin, and every payment runs through the operator's own booking page.

If a booking is already in hand, start with the confirmation email. It carries the reference, the start time and a direct route to the people running the day, whether that is a Gabanon guide leading the Monferrato ride and the Infernot cellar visit or an Italian Resistance Tours host gathering a small group for the Piemontese feast ride in Turin. Missed the meeting point, want to know whether the cellar stop on a Sentieri Gastronomici ride includes a tasting, unsure what to bring: the operator holds every answer. When weather threatens a departure, their channel is the one that can confirm or rearrange. Ours cannot.

Before writing to anyone, two details on that confirmation are worth reading closely. One is the meeting arrangement. Set-departure rides, like the Turin highlights tours, publish a fixed start point, while private options such as the Langhe del Barolo asphalt-and-dirt e-bike tours settle the details with you in advance, so the address on your voucher is the one that counts.
